Located in SE Edmonton, this home is within walking distance to a variety of amenities. Just a 3-minute walk to the grocery store, 10 minutes to the gym, and only 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop—ideal for convenient, everyday living.

The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, tall dresser, desk, chair, and lamp. It features dual closets (“his and hers”) for your essentials. You’ll also have your own full bathroom for added privacy.

Street parking is free and easily available, with the option to rent a dedicated parking stall for $35/month.

This is a quiet, low-traffic home—more of a place to rest and decompress than a social hub. I don’t have many people over and value a calm, clean, respectful environment. This is also a no partying, no drugs home.

I work from home, and when I am not working, I am most likely doing some sort of activity, like mountain biking, xc skiing, reading or volunteering at the shelter.
