I have a relaxed, easy-going vibe. I work from home,  so I spend the majority of my time in my room working. Non-smoking home, I rarely drink and I don’t throw parties. The building is super quiet overall, and I’m looking for a roommate who appreciates and maintains that quiet. I value a tidy and harmonious living environment. All occupants must contribute to general cleanliness and upkeep of common areas both inside and outside. Must abide by condo rules (which are pretty standard). I’m looking for a longer term occupant, ideally 6 months to start with and we’ll review after that. proof of employment, and income required.
