Maisyn's room

We are located right along the Hanlon Creek Trials and quick access to many bus stops headed to campus. The grocery is also close distance, about a 2 minute walk. For the house, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a shared kitchen with lots of shelving space. There are two full baths for 3 people. The room does not come furnished. All utilities included and there is AC.

We are both working professionals who enjoy a quiet and neat place. We are looking for something similar with a new roommate.
