About the room
South Nanaimo houseshare with water and mountain views and large yard with gardening space, a greenhouse and composting area. Huge east facing deck. Very safe, family orientated neighborhood, a couple minutes by car or bike to downtown. Fully equipped kitchen. Both off- and on-street parking freely available. Other than internet, utilities would be shared.

Just retired single male, 60 years old, just returned to Canada after living abroad for 30 years. Laid back and easy going, often traveling. Not into drugs or partying of any type. I am a bit of a quiet nerdy type, but like to host friends and family for drinks, dinners or fire pit time.
