no longer available*. We have a bedroom with queen sized bed and your own bathroom with a shower. There is also a furnished living room that is common space and will be shared (negotiable). The suite was built with a permit so it has egress windows in the bedroom and living room. We live in a lake community so you would also have access to the lake (paddle boards, peddle boats and fishing) and tennis courts.
We are a professional couple/empty nesters so our house is now too big for just two of us. We have a tenant in his 30’s who works in trades who has a room upstairs. We have animals and foster for a rescue organization so if you don’t like dogs and cats then this would not be a good fit. The cats have their own room for their litter boxes so there are none around the common living areas.
