A basement suite with living room, queen sized bedroom and your own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The suite was built with a permit so it has egress windows in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is on the main floor and is shared. There is another tv room and dining room on the main floor. There is a full bathroom on the upper floor (if you want to soak in the tub)and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There is an office/gaming/tv room on the upper floor for everyone to use.

We live in a lake community so you would also have free access to the lake (paddle boards, pedal boats and fishing) and tennis courts.

We are a professional couple/empty nesters so our house is now too big for just two of us. We have 2 tenants who have rooms upstairs and they share the upper bathroom.
We have animals and foster for a rescue organization so if you don’t like dogs and cats then this would not be a good fit. The cats have their own room for their litter boxes so there are none around the common living areas.
