I am looking for a female to take over my lease for a room in a 2b1b apartment. Move in: end of May (mid-May preferred). The lease ends by the end of October with an option for renewal. Location: near St. Mary’s hospital (Mausser Ave. and Stirling). Hydro and Wifi are extra (~60$) Parking is extra. No couple!
About the roomies
The other roommate is a professional who works from home. She is very respectful, friendly, and tidy. She keeps to herself but also enjoys hanging out from now and then. She is also very helpful if you ever need something.
