This is a fairly large apartment. Two entrances. Two small patio spaces. Parking spot. Close to downtown.
The room is small however the large closet has been cleared for use for roommate.
Fully furnished. Can furnish room for yourself if you prefer.
The area is in a rougher spot but I’ve never had problems with theft or violence.
Full size washer and dryer in unit. Utilities included as well as internet.
Only one roommate (myself) and two 2 year old cats. They are super friendly. I am open to 1 pet so long as they are trained and friendly. If male cat must be fixed.
No couples the room isn’t meant for 2.
Overnight guests welcomed within reason.
Available immediately. Month to month short term is okay.
