We’re renting out the master suite in our 3+1 bedroom townhouse that we’ll be moving into June 1st. The space would be the entire 4th floor with large bedroom, walk-in closet, 4pc ensuite bathroom, and large private balcony. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

The other common areas will be shared including half bathroom, laundry, 2 living room/TV areas, large balcony off kitchen with BBQ, and storage. Rent will include all utilities, internet, laundry, and use of our subscription services like Netflix. We have a home alarm system with cameras in common areas that are only on at night and when away from the home. We also have a smart home controlled by Alexa devices.

Walking distance to Real Canadian Superstore and Weston Station. TTC bus stop across the street for the 89 that goes to Keele Station. 2 min drive to the 401. 30 min transit trip to Union Station and Pearson Airport. It’s across the street from the Humber River with a massive park and lots of trails.

We’re Kaitlynne and Tejash. Two best friends who will have their own rooms. We don’t party. We also don’t drink alcohol or smoke weed often. Looking for someone who’s quiet at night and respectful.

Kaitlynne is 27 years old. She works part-time as a server and will be going back to school in September. She has a male cockapoo named Milo (8mo) who’s very loving and kind. She’s very clean and tidy. In her free time she likes cycling, hiking trails, exploring the community, gardening, and playing board/video games. Kaitlynne is a night owl.

Tejash is 28 years old. He works full-time in IT at a site in Mississauga. When he’s not at work, he’s usually at the gym training to compete in powerlifting. He has a male malshi (1yr) who’s sweet, playful, and loves cuddles. Tejash is very clean and loves to cook. In his free time he enjoys video games, hiking, cycling, snow boarding, rock climbing, and watching TV.

Milo (dog) is an 8 month old cockapoo. He’s very sweet and shy. When he’s not sleeping he loves to play fight with his brother Appa or hang out on the balcony with a toy.

Appa (dog) is a 1 year old malshi. He’s very playful and loves attention. He gets excited when people come home and loves begging for cuddles. He’s very dominant and likes to assert that over other dogs. He’s never aggressive or harmful to others though.

Both Appa and Milo have recently graduated from a beginner training class. They know basic commands like sit, lie down, wait, stay, leave it, and go to your place (bed). At night they sleep in crates and if we’re away from the home, they go in a play pen as we’re still working on house training.
