Lily's room

Hi, we are looking for people to fill the two empty rooms, as two of us are moving back to our home countries. Both rooms are spacious and are furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, lamp, and built-in wardrobe. There is one shared bathroom and a second toilet off the kitchen/living area. Couple are welcome! would cost $1350 together including utilities. There are carparks available you just need to talk to the landlord about acquiring one. Dogs welcome, there is a small fenced-off area off the decking area. Currently, the living room is lacking furniture, so your furniture is welcome. Since the photos were taken we have got 4 chairs for the table and am lining up a couch. This is a weed-friendly apartment, no smoking in the house but can go outside.

This apartment is super close to Capilano University so very convenient for students, it’s a 2 minute walk! There is also bus stops for 211 and 245 a minute or two walk. Our closest supermarket is a Canadian superstore which is a 13min walk.

There is no deposit but to secure a room you will have to pay the entire month of May ($1350), even though you move in on the 10th.

You will be living with Max he is awesome! 22-year-old man, who works as a landscaper Monday - Friday. Super easy to live with, he goes to the gym early some mornings but we never hear him very quite and tidy.
