You will have exclusive access to the 2nd washroom which has a bidet, and shower. You can also use the exercise room in the building. Free underground parking for 4 hours for retail customers while overnight parking can be arranged.

The place has an en-suite washer/dryer, microwave, espresso machine, blender, oven, gas stove, fridge, oven toaster, and dishwasher.
