We’re a group of 4 working professionals (3 guys and a girl) and have 1 unfurnished bedroom available September 1st in our home, located on the Mountain near Fennell and Upper Wentworth.

This room is a main floor room 10.5ft x 8.4ft in size and the closet in the corner is 38“ x 40“.

The house has 2.5 shared bathrooms, as well as 2 kitchens.

The room itself is $680 but we all contribute for internet, standard utilities, as well a cleaner each month etc, so the average monthly cost is around $870. –– Please note that first and last month’s rent for the room alone is required.

Parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street and there are bus stops leading in all directions a 5 minute walk from our door.

Cat lover preferred as we’ve three cats in the house.
