We are both new to the area and attending TRU as well as working. We do have cats so it you choose to move in it would require you to at least not mind the cats presence. You’d also need to be gay friendly as we are a male couple. We keep the apartment tidy, are quiet and easy to get along with. We are looking for a respectful roommate with similar attributes. One roommate early 30s other is in 20s.
