Hi I have a room for rent in a great location and a resort style apartment building 🥳 (Klahanie Port Moody) Looking for short term or possibly long term… the best roomate I ever had was a female so I’m cool with either 👌🏻

Private bedroom and your own bathroom … open style concept with a large balcony . Building has 2 gyms , outdoor pool , outdoor hot tub , steam room , tennis , etc … and I’m walking distance to pubs , restaurants , grocery , breweries , coffee , hiking , biking etc … In suite laundry 5 min drive to lakes … 25 min drive to downtown Vancouver 7 min walk to skytrain

I work in film industry mostly nights min 12 hour shifts so u have the place to yourself a lot and even on my days off I’m not usually home during the summer months .

I keep a very nice clean home and I’m a very respectful person 🤓 I get along with everyone , respect boundaries , I don’t judge , I don’t complain , I’m very safe , I’m fun , happy , positive person. That loves to laugh 🤘🏻

I have 2 very well behaved sweet super loving cats that are like me … they get along with everyone 😂
