There is a separate entrance for the basement. There are two kitchens in the house; one in the upper level and one in the basement. This room is in the basement and away from the other rooms so there is privacy. It is near the kitchen and washroom. The bus stop is right infront of the house with another across the street. A very short bus and car ride to Brock University; there also other grocery markets around the area.
The roommates upstairs are very friendly and so are the ones in the basement. Everyone is very nice to each other and so is the landlord
