For Short Term Rental. - 2 Bedrooms available in the basement area . $625 each room for each person . Fully furnished, with mini kitchen. Cookwares, dining wares included . Each room has full bed and mattress. Bed sheets, pillows and personal toiletries are not included . It has a separate entrance door . Around the area are closed to the Bowling Alley, Tim Hortons , Subway and Extrafoods. Washer and dryer are located in the basement so these are shared with the long renters living upstairs. Privacy door is always locked. Only during laundry day upstairs renters will go down at this time , with certain arranged schedule/s .

There are 2 long term renters living upper level of the house which are separated with the privacy door . Both renters are working either starts their work at 5am or 3pm .
