For a MALE occupant short or long term or per night stay …One Private Bedroom available at the basement of the duplex house. The room has a full size bed, mattress, dresser and nightstand . Bed sheets, pillows and personal toiletries are not included . It has a separate privacy door from the upper level of the house . Around the area are closed to the Bowling Alley, Tim Hortons , Subway, Dairy Queen and KFC Washer and dryer are located in the basement so these are shared with the other renters living in the house .

Two females long term renter living at the upper level and a male renter on the other room at the basement .
