One room in two bedroom apartment. Large enough for a double bed. Shared main space, laundry in basement, parking available for $100 per month. Price includes all utilities. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have a 3 year old dog. Very friendly.

I work full time from home so would be prefer someone who is not home all day, but not a deal breaker. I’m also very active so when I’m not working, I’m out with the dog or at yoga/gym.
