Private room, clean and quiet roommates in the beautiful Annex area (Bloor and Bathurst). 2 min walk from Bathurst Subway station and very close to Bloor St where you’ll find a variety of stores including grocers, restaurants, private shops, and bars.

We’re two working male professionals (Film & Gaming industry) in our mid to late 20s. One of us works from home, the other is usually on different film sets. We don’t party often if at all, our place is very quiet and we like to go out and enjoy the city when we can :)
