Our house is equipped with centralized aircon, water softener systems, and drinking water solutions that produce purified water through a reverse osmosis system (RO).

I have 1 clean, spacious and fully furnished upstairs bedroom suitable for a single, male student or working professional who is really clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. 

Absolutely no smoking or vaping, no pets, no drugs, no partying and no drinking.

Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Fully furnished with Keyless Smart-home entry. You will have your own pin for entering the house, no actual key is needed. Plenty of free street parking.

We are a couple who are registered engineers (P. Eng) staying in the master’s bedroom. 1 young male working professional staying in 1 room.

Would like a quiet and respectful professional or student in the other private room that would treat it like their home.
