Sherwood Avenue

Very quiet family neighborhood in east Riverview. 1.5 storey house with fenced backyard and fully screened in sunroom. 8 minute drive to Avenir Centre / 13 minute drive to Champlain Place. On street parking will be available but currently the street is undergoing construction. Bathroom is simple 3 piece but only shared with 1 other roommate. Shared kitchen, living room and full use of sunroom, back deck, backyard, BBQ, etc. No access to laundry.

Only myself and my son here and we both have our bedrooms downstairs. Both of us work from home the majority of the time. Females only as my daughter will be staying here from time to time as well. We don’t party 🎉 No drugs / No smoking / No pets / No hoarders
