Rent is $850.00 plus a reasonable share of utilities and reasonable monthly contribution for the household cleaning supplies and consumables around common areas. Wi-fi is included in the rent. Rental rate goes up to $900 in September.

Large Kitchen, eating area, living room, back deck, 2 bathrooms, etc. Friendly roommates. All common areas are furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, tools and appliances to cook.

Every person contributes doing chores to keep the house clean.
