Cameron Heights Way NW

Apartments built in 2022. A great, new neighbourhood called Cameron Heights located Southwest Edmonton which is a pretty convenient spot to get anywhere in timely fashion. On the 3rd floor, It’s a 2 bed 2 bath but the 2nd bathroom isn’t connected to the room. The building gets cleaned everyday also has a little fitness room available for all tenants and underground parking available if wanted. Heat/electricity/Internet won’t affect my asking price. I’m in no rush to find a roommate so I’m open to people who even need something late August or September. The photos of the room with all the stuff in it right now is the second bedroom. There is an On Demand Transit bus stop right beside the building for those who need a bus to commute to school or such. & Just to hold some accountability to keeping the suite in good condition, a 4-500 deposit will be required (I paid $1000 for the security deposit). I’m a very relaxed chill person. Outgoing, quiet, respectable and CLEAN. I work Monday-Fridays but when I’m off work I go to the gym, do photography, game and make music. I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs. The only people I’ll ever be bringing over are the occasional girl, maybe my nephew or mom every once in a blue moon. I’m completely content being on my own but I wanted to be smart (take some of the financial burden off myself) and also branch out of my comfort zone and wanted to make a new close friend out of a stranger.
