Kennadee's room

This Home is split into two apartments on the kemptville creek, recently renovated, about 20-25 minutes from Ottawa so it’s great for students or young professionals who have a vehicle and can drive. House is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a stand up shower. Hydro, Water, Internet, Parking, Wifi and Streaming services (Netflix/Prime) included. Bedroom is moderately large, medium closet with shelving, and two windows, one showcasing the water and forest, and one the private road ( only about 7 or 8 homes on the road so no traffic at all.) Currently I am in using the room, but will switch to the smaller one, but for ideas this is how I style it! 🌞 the AC will be moved as well from the wall

Down the street, roughly a 3 minute drive to a shopping centre with Walmart, Canadian tire, many food places, and cute downtown kemptville.

Considering I live alone currently, I have a camera security system, one in the door way and one in the living room. Planning on getting a ring soon to bring the camera amount to one strictly for my dog. Ideally no pets as it’s not a huge home, the puppy is as much as I believe the space can handle with 2 adults.

My lease is until next April, and I am hoping to find someone to rent the other room for either half or the full duration.

Hey! I’m Kennadee, I’m 20 turning 21 in October, I live here alone with my 1 year old American bully puppy who is very friendly and calm after the initial meet. My dog is always crated when I’m not home for anxiety purposes and training reasons, she is very sweet and such a kind little soul.

I work full time about 5 minutes away ( 40-45 hours a week) at a cannabis dispensary as a supervisor (meaning I am canna friendly!🍃🫶🏻) and spend most of my time with my family, relaxing or I’m not a partier, and keep a clean, calm home, and am looking for someone similar!
