Mel's room

The room is 10.5x9ft, the house is newly renovated, walking distance to the mall, grocery stores, 2 min walk to 3 different bus stops and on nice days you can walk to the university of Guelph in 20 mins. We also have a full surround sound, projector, movie theatre set up with three rows of seating.

There are 3 current roommates, 2 third year and 1 PhD. We are all friends and do a lot together and are hoping to find another student who can mesh well with us. We are all clean and pretty quiet and like to study around the house, but we also like to go out and party on the weekends. Typically we don’t bring the party home since the place is newly renovated and we don’t want to make a mess. Our neighbour also has a baby so we try to be respectful about noise levels. We do host movie nights in our theatre and pre’s before a night out, but they generally don’t go late into the night. We also have 2 very sweet cats that love company and sitting in our garden with us to spill tea.
