The house is fully furnished, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything except your personal belongings. The rent is $800 utilities included. Minimum lease term is 6 months. The townhouse is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s a 5-minute walk to the closest bus stop . A plaza with various amenities including Safeway, Shoppers, Dollarama, Liquor Store, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Subway, Dental Clinic, and a Walk-In Clinic is just a 10-minute walk away.
