The house and room are fully furnished (double bed, desk, small dresser, side table). Common areas include a spare bedroom that is used as a shared office/storage space, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement storage. There is a balcony and a backyard for outdoor space! I’ve set up a small garden in the backyard as well.
Price does not include hydro, which is around 30-40$/month in the summer and 80-100$/month in the winter, depending on usage. No parking is available but there is lots of free street parking all around. Move in date is flexible and can later for the right fit :)
We are three women in our early to late twenties. I’m an ecologist, the other works in childcare and the last is doing a co-op in tech! We are all very friendly and love doing activities together but also enjoy our alone time. We make dinner for each other regularly and love to play board games/video games. We have a variety of interests between the 3 of us so whether you’re looking for someone to go climbing with or someone to do arts and crafts with you, we gotchu.
Two cats live in the house but they are very friendly and well behaved.
