It’s a 45th floor 1 bedroom + den in CityPlace, right at Spadina and Queen’s Quay. The main bedroom is $1400 and the den is $950. I am looking for 2 roommates, and it will just be the 2 of you most of the time. The best view in Toronto. Super close to union station, streetcars and Billy Bishop airport, and the UP Express to Pearson airport. Sobey’s is just across the street, with cheaper groceries in nearby Chinatown. There is a tiki taxi to Toronto Island right outside, with Harbourfront Centre boat rentals and art classes just down the street. It’s a fun and active neighborhood, but we are so high up that our suite stays quiet. If you can stay for at least 3 months I can get you access to the Superclub, with a big indoor pool, basketball court, bowling lane and more. Parking is available for $120/month Utilities included.

My parents own the condo and are divorcing right now and deciding whether to sell it. There would be 3 of us sharing the apartment, but I would be on a pull out couch in the living room. It will fold away when I’m not there, and I’ll keep my things in the front closet. I am a 36 year old female artist and live in New York. I visit Toronto once a month (or less often) for a long weekend or things like spring break. The apartment is available for up to a year. All we ask is 1 month notice if you have to leave before the agreed time. I am still furnishing the apartment, or you can bring furniture if you want, you could even fill up the living room with furniture as storage that you’ll bring to your next place. I love having a beautiful and functional apartment but it’ll really be yours 80% of the time so let me know what you want to do with it.
