Fully furnished and bright, south facing room with a double bed (hydraulic storage bed) and view to Stanley Park. Mostly exclusive use of the guest bathroom and den if working from home. Big bright and comfy South and East facing balcony. In-suite laundry and supplies included. Full access to well appointed kitchen, bed linens available; just need to bring your clothes and toiletries! Access to the gym and yoga room in the complex. Excellent walk score, excellent transit hub, lots of trails, bike paths, close to the water, and short walk to Lower Lonsdale. Smoke free building and property. Room is available from October 1, 2025 - minimum 3 months, max 8-12 months. In person showings available after September 1, 2025. Could possibly move start date to September 15.
About the roomies
Friendly, quiet, outdoorsy, professional, “empty nest” single mom. 10+ years of experience as high school homestay host family; work schedule is no longer as accommodating to host high school students. Small dog (Shitzu x Yorkie) “Squishy” who is friendly, quiet and loves companionship.
