15 minute bus ride to downtown, short Uber ride to 17 Ave. River park off leash area is 1.5 blocks away. I have a bow flex max trainer you are welcomed to use.

Street parking out front has no restrictions

I am the owner and I live in the master bedroom. 40 year old working professional male in marketing. Sports fan, golfer, social drinker at home and goes out, not a clean freak (if you are, you won’t like me), occasionally skips the office to work from home in basement office, frequently away on work trips, girlfriend comes over from time to time. In terms of 420, no chronics please. If you light up once or twice a month outside, don’t care. Smoking and vaping outside only.

No preference for roomate gender but prefer working professionals.

Month to month agreement. First month’s rent and an additional deposit of full month’s rent required to move in.
