Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).
The bathroom in the hallway is shared with a female professional who lives in the basement bedroom (very clean and discreet). Weekly housekeeping of the bathroom included in the rent.
