• First and last month’s rent is required to move in
• Internet and utilities (hydro + water) extra - will be split between the two of us (aprox $60-75 per person per month.)
• Heating and AC included, your room’s temperature settings are separate from mine so you have full control
• Parking available for an extra $130/month
• Storage locker available for an extra $45/month

Some of my interests include travel, live music, camping, and climbing and my hobbies include gardening, textiles and a bunch of different creative projects.
