Cozy basement room in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Room is next to a bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. We have 4 super friendly cats and 2 mostly empty living rooms. Street parking with rear parking in summer, Indoor smoking/vaping. Raised garden in the back yard.
About the roomies
Were two super chill, clean and quiet dudes. We mostly keep to ourselves but don’t mind company. I’m always gaming in the basement living room while the other guy mostly stays in his room.
