Home located near the River Valley, close to Concordia University, a grocery store ( within walking distance ) and next to a bus route. Room is in the basement and furnished with a bed and nightstand. The space in the home will be shared with myself and a friendly large dog. Plenty of room to park a vehicle.
About the roomies
It will be just me and my dog in the home. Unlike my super and at times messy friendly dog , I am a quiet tidy ( love to clean and love my cleaning products ) introvert. I enjoy solo activities such as reading, art journaling, gardening and swimming. I am a good listener - love hearing good stories from all walks of life.
