Looking for a roommate to share 1300+sqft 2-storey house with fenced yard in a great neighbourhood near Ridley college, walking distance to GO station and downtown, easy highway access, flexible on move-in date and length of stay. Has an eat-in kitchen so dining room is set up as a 2nd living room. Main level has new flooring and has been furnished but open to rearranging depending what furniture you have. Can provide a double bed, dresser, nighttable etc for bedroom if needed or use your own. Large driveway + on-street parking, laundry in basement. Dog and 420 friendly (I don’t smoke and don’t currently have any pets, I might dog-sit or foster a dog/bunny sometime if you don’t have any pets either) No cigarettes or cats please. Price above assumes all utilities included.

It’s a 3bed home but I’m only looking to have 1 roommate (middle bedroom is my office) as there’s currently only 1 bathroom so we do have to share (thankfully my work schedule is flexible so shouldn’t be an issue to coordinate). I’m 40, female, work in the reno industry with mix&match hours depending on what project I’m doing. We’ll likely get along if you speak geek or construction, like hiking or cycling, are into photography, reading, movies, or video games, enjoy craft beers or ciders, like playing poker, board games or gardening, are in your 30s or early 40s. (edit Not suitable for someone who works from home all the time as I will want to add a 2nd bathroom this fall or winter, so sometimes I will need to run loud tools on my days off to do so)
