Hello!! We have a great offer to live in the North Shore!!

Great opportunity to live only 5 minutes away from grouse mountain and 10 from lonsdale quay, 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

1 fully furnished bedroom with ensuite. The garden level room is connected to a large rec room area with couch and tv. This room is very spacious, has access to the garden, and its own entrance.

We are very clean and we are looking for someone like us, we live in a great house and we want to keep it that way.
