There are two living room areas, one of which opens up to an amazing balcony. The home also offers an in-unit washer and dryer, along with central heating and air conditioning, ensuring you stay cool during hot summer days!
All utilities are included, along with one covered parking spot in the attached garage. Plus, enjoy free entertainment options including Netflix, Prime, Crave, and Telus TV on all screens in both your bedroom and living room.
The house is shared with one other person in the second ensuite bedroom.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to allergies.
