2 furnished rooms available at Emerald House. Top floor room w personal air conditioner in summer and view of park is $700 a month and downstairs with limited view is $650 a month. Large house in the Fairfield Island area of Chilliwack. The home backs onto local park and we share the sunny kitchen and patio. Happy chill household. Big treed south facing backyard and garden areas, smart tv, laundry, high speed wifi, and street parking included. No couples. 6 month stay or longer preferred. 20 min walk to buses. Vehicle likely needed as Chilliwack is fairly spread out. No cigarette smokers or partiers and no random overnight guests. It’s a clean and bright place to rest and recharge for your work day. Shared bathroom. Two older resident cats. Must be OK with cleaning up after yourself and helping out a little around the home. Full time employee or student preferred. Month to month.

I work in an office and spend alot of my spare time with my horse and enjoy cooking and gardening. My roomies are initially guests in my home and then we become friends. House shared with me and my partner who is home half time, 2 older kitties, and two other respectful and easy going roomies. Everyone is friendly and appreciates the bright, quiet and safe home. For the most part we all enjoy our peace and do our own thing.
