The apartment is the upper unit in an air conditioned duplex. A short walk away from downtown.
room size: 330 sq ft. (the aprtment is spacious, around 1200 sq ft.)
Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, living room, and front porch. Laundry in unit.
Space is available immediately for
- one person, rent = $1,000
- open to pairs/couples, rent = $1,100
- Furnished or unfurnished.
There is no parking available. There is a municipal lot 1 block away that issues parking permits if you have a vehicle.
There is a short interview before showing the place, can be online or in person.
Please be open-minded/tolerant. I have friends in the queer community that will visit regularly.
About the roomies
I am a quiet working professional, into games and gardening. I am reasonably clean and expect roommate(s) to do an equal share of the chores. I like my home to be a restful and welcoming place.
