Comfortable furnished room available in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned condo in a great location close to downtown, SAIT and transit.

The room is furnished with a double bed, nightstand, dresser, small desk and chair, and wall mirror. You’ll also have your own private living room space in the basement with a TV and your own fridge, giving you extra space to relax and unwind.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, as well as laundry detergent and basic household supplies.

There are two small hypoallergenic dogs in the home, so you must be comfortable with dogs.

I’m looking for a quiet, respectful person who is focused on work and/or school and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

I’m a friendly, easygoing and respectful homeowner. I enjoy a quiet, relaxed home and appreciate having my own space, but I’m also happy to chat and share a laugh when we cross paths. I have two small dogs who are very much part of the household. However, they never go down to the basement.

I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable and at home here while also being respectful of our shared spaces. I’m pretty laid-back overall, I just value a clean, peaceful home and good communication.
