If there is a group that is mixed then that is fine as well, but you will need to organize the group. Currently it is an all girl/female student house but many have graduated this year.
Each unit has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a common area, and a kitchen. Laundry is shared between both units.
The property is a completely refurbished bungalow/split level house and each unit feels very roomy.
There are 6 parking spots at the house.
