About the room
For September 1st, there will be 5 rooms available for a 1 year lease, which on average costs $875/room (furnished), which you can inquire about if you are a student. The preference will go to a group to rent all or a majority of the 5 rooms but in the past there have usually been 2-3 friends that come in and the landlord organizes other like minded students to live with them for harmony.
Water, gas and electricity are included in price. Currently it is an all girl/female student house and generally each unit is either all female or all male.
Each unit has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a common area, and a kitchen. Coin Laundry is shared between both units.
The property is a completely refurbished bungalow/split level house which is much bigger than it looks from the outside.
There are 6 parking spots at the house for students to rent for a low price.
