Water, gas, electricity, internet and parking are included in price. There are two units that will be filled with all girls in Unit A and mixed or all boys for unit B. Currently it is an all girl/female student house but many have graduated this year.
Each unit has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a common area, and a kitchen. Laundry is shared between both units.
The property is a completely refurbished bungalow/split level house and each unit feels very roomy.
There are 6 parking spots at the house.
