This BIG master bedroom room can be furnished in a couple different ways; 1- with a king sized bed, desk, office chair, night table, lamp 2- with a double bed or futon, kitchen area (bar fridge, bakers rack with microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle etc) and desk and office chair and Basically like a mini bachelor 3- can be shared with a friend, with two single beds or a bunk bed, Kitchen set up, and 2 desks & chairs

The room has a wall to wall closet, lots of space, there are two windows (with blackout curtains) House has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. 10 min walk to Guildwood GO, bus stop to Kennedy station is right at the corner (1 minute walk)

Utilities, Wifi & laundry are all included, cleaning lady cleans the shared spaces 3 times a month (included in rent)

Viewings can be done in person, or via video call (whatever works best for you)

1 male (30’s) works in construction (gone most days) Male 60’s - retired Male 50’s is a content creator, freelance editor and producer

Female 40’s- office manager (hybrid wfh)

Roomies are pretty laid back, get along but do our own thing, respectful, and we have a household group chat

Shared spaces are … Kitchen (only shared between 2 roomies) 2 bathrooms and the backyard with a BBQ and patio furniture, also some storage space in the basement.

Household is 420 friendly (Cigarettes OUTSIDE only)
