SHORTER TERM preferred but long term considered if all goes well - Lower level bedroom in 4 bedroom house with 2 males & female upstairs (landlord). Bathroom is mostly private as the others have bathrooms upstairs. 2 cats in the house with 1 in your area at this time. So an ideal tenant will be someone who loves cats 🐈
