One streetcar to UofT and Union Station. There is an exercise room for a fee, a 24-hour staffed security desk, and two rooftop terraces (6th fl and 22nd fl). Laundry facilities are on the 2nd floor of the building. Great and convenient location with wonderful parks and walking/bike paths. Very convenient location in a beautiful area of downtown Toronto, with water taxis in front of our building to take you to Toronto Island. Inquire for more details.
