One streetcar to UofT and Union Station or Spadina. ACCESS TO THE FITNESS CENTRE INCLUDED, a 24-hour staffed security desk, and two rooftop terraces (6th fl and 22nd fl). Laundry facilities are on the 2nd floor of the building. Great and convenient location with wonderful parks and walking/bike paths.
