Private upstairs room at home in Dartmouth, 5 minutes drive to the MacDonald bridge. Easy access to downtown halifax or dartmouth and 1 parking spot available if needed. Large room has a new bed but that’s it for furniture in the room. The rest of the home is furnished and the kitchen and living room would be a shared space. Washer/dryer/dishwasher in the unit. $1000 a month but that’ll cover all bills like internet and power etc.
