I have a furnished room available for a quiet, friendly, respectful male student or working professional Located in Seymour Heights, North Vancouver. The house is about 2800 square feet and is just a short walk to the foot of Mt Seymour. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and close to shopping, library, parks, banks, golf courses, coffee shops etc. WIFI, heat, electricity, water, use of scheduled washer and dryer are included. Parking is available on the street. Lower level bedroom and a shared kitchen, dining room, Bathroom and living room. Bedroom is approximately 110 SQ FT, and the bathroom is shared. Laundry facilities are on lower level.

This is a non smoking and drug free environment. Smokers need not reply. Early move in okay. Pro rated rent.

We are three mature working professionals. A male mature responsible student or working professional would be welcome. We all share the workload of keeping the house tidy and clean. I travel about four months a year and share custody of my 14 year old son, who is with us every second week. I also work from home and we have a pretty tolerable deck and yard!
