About the room

Hi and thanks for looking at my ad. I am a gay male who has a furnished bedroom in my fully furnished apartment . I cater to a shorter term housing stay . 1 to 6 months range. I do not do long term stays. The apartment is located on bloor west and entrance to Christie station is 2 mins away. The unit is on the top floor of a walkup building. There is an onsite pay to use laundry room . Due to allergies no pets are welcome . Smoking is ok with limitations.

About the roomies

For many years I have catered to gents needing short term housing in Toronto. I,m good with workers and students . I do not cater to remote only workers though. I have a clean and cared for apartment and understand the needs of short term roommers.
