Excellent Location - near Shopping Centers, Hospital, Community Center. Minutes to Univ of Toronto (UTM) or Sheridan College by Square One, Streetsville GO. Bus Stop is in front of house. Huge Park/Playground/Walking Trail, nearby. 

Rate: $950.00/month Fully Furnished, and includes Utilities (internet,  water, heat, electric) and use of laundry. Parking is not included. Upper Floor is $1,150/month all incl.
