Roommate wanted to share furnished townhouse located close to UBCO.

$800 per month includes utilities. Damage deposit and references are required. Great location in Lake Country BC. Mountain trails just outside door and great area for hiking/walking/biking. I have two very friendly indoor cats, so not accepting any other pets.

Home is a 3 bedroom townhouse. Currently I am the only person living here. I am female. Work from home. I’m friendly, enjoy cooking, hiking, kayaking and reading. I typically share my home with students as UBCO campus is nearby. As it’s September I’m looking for 2 new people. Any other questions I am happy to set up a call.
