A private, furnished room in a clean, sprawling home with retro decor, and a cozy patio with a private backyard on a quiet street. Located less than half an hour by bus to UW, a half hour’s walk to Laurier and Uptown Waterloo, and under 15 minutes’ walk to Conestoga Waterloo, stops for at least 5 different bus routes, and many stores, including grocery, hardware, and restaurants.

A mix of young professionals and Laurier students. Looking for other quiet, mature females (ONLY females) whose idea of a wild night leans more towards a games night (or, even wilder: HOSTING a games night). No pets, smoking (including cannabis), drug use, and minimal to no drinking. Privacy, respect, and accountability are expected. Christian roommates preferred.
