The spacious, furnished primary bedroom in a clean, sprawling home with retro decor and a cozy, covered patio with a private backyard on a quiet street. Located less than half an hour by bus to UW, a half hour’s walk to Laurier and Uptown Waterloo, and under 15 minutes’ walk to Conestoga Waterloo, as well as stops for 5 different bus routes, and many businesses, including grocers, superstores, fitness clubs and restaurants.

A mix of young professionals and Laurier students. Looking for other quiet, mature females (ONLY females) whose idea of a wild night leans more towards a games night (or, even wilder: HOSTING a games night). No pets, smoking (including cannabis), drug use, and minimal to no drinking. Privacy, respect, and accountability are expected. Christian roommates preferred.
