I am the homeowner and occupy one of the rooms myself. However, I travel internationally frequently, and am typically in Canada for only three to four months of the year. When I am away, you would generally be sharing the common areas with just one other tenant.

To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone, no guests or visitors are permitted. Tenants are expected to respect one another’s privacy, keep shared spaces tidy, and be mindful of noise.

For added privacy and security, each bedroom has its own lock, and exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and outdoor areas.

I take pride in maintaining my home, and am in no rush to rent out the room. My priority is finding the right person who will be a good fit here.
